 If you're dissatisfied with your furniture purchase or made whoopsie and want to exchange or return your item, you have a 10-day window from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition. You have the choice of receiving a store credit or making an exchange, but please note that we do not offer refunds. Keep in mind that there may be additional charges, such as handling fees, collection fees, or usage fees.

 Your Item can be collected at our factory in Somerset West or we can arrange delivery in the Western Cape area. delivery charges are calculated upon receipt of order.
